About the Attorney
Mark Lipkin graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a major in finance and a minor in accounting. Mr. Lipkin graduated from Thurgood Marshall T.S.U. law school. He then went on to take the first available Texas Bar examination, in which he passed and was then admitted to the Texas Bar.
Mr. Lipkin, before he went to law school, was involved in a wholesale distribution business. After that, and before he went to law school, he was employed by the Harris County Sheriff’s Department. The mix of his prior experiences, along with his law school degree, and bar passage gives Mr. Lipkin a unique insight into the areas of his law practice. In the following sections you will receive a brief scheme of each of his areas of practice. The areas of his practice consist of Criminal defense, Juvenile defense, and Family law, including DFPS cases. (also commonly known as CPS) Mr. Lipkin was a member of the American Jewish Committee, the Anti Defamation League, and Congregation Emanu El. The Texas Criminal Law Association recognized him; he was a former chairman of the Houston Bar Association Criminal Law Section, and a former chairman of the Houston Bar Association Juvenile Law Section. |
